Returns/Exchanges

    • We gladly accept unworn / unwashed merchandise purchased from online! Items purchased at our retail locations must be returned to the location of purchase.
    • Items returned within 14 days of receiving will be accepted for a full refund credited to the original method of payment.
    • Returned orders received after 14 days will be accepted and processed for a store credit only. Items received after 60 days will NOT be accepted.   
    • For your convenience, we offer a return label which is available via our customer service team: customerservice@tribekelley.com 
    • Upon receiving this returned package, we will deduct the following from your return credit: $6.95 for one item and $8.95 for two or more items.

    • Please include a copy of your receipt, along with a note within the package letting us know if you would like a refund or an exchange.
    • Your order may be subject to customs fees or taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country.
