Returns/Exchanges

To start a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal
  • We gladly accept returns of unworn/unwashed merchandise from our online store.  Items purchased at our retail location must be returned to the retail store.
  • Checkout with the Re:Do option in your cart for free returns (for store credit) and exchanges. If you do not checkout with the Re:Do option, you may still request an exchange or return in our Returns Portal but you will be responsible for the cost of the shipping label.
  • Items returned within 14 days of receiving will be accepted for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund (minus shipping costs) credited to the original method of payment. Returned items received after 14 days will be accepted and processed for store credit only.  Items received after 30 days will NOT be accepted.
  • If applicable, store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card and will be emailed to the email used on the original order.
  • Sale items or items purchased during a sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Exchanges, store credit, and refunds are processed within 7-14 business days of receiving the return.
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country.  This amount will vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped to and is the responsibility of the customer.
  • International returns will be accepted, but return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Prior purchases are not eligible for sale discounts.
  • If you have any questions regarding a return or exchange, please email our customer service team at customerservice@tribekelley.com.  Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.  During launches and holiday seasons, response time may be slightly longer.
