We gladly accept returns of unworn/ unwashed merchandise from online. Items purchased at our retail locations must be returned to the store.
Items returned within 14 days of receiving will be accepted for a full refund (minus shipping costs) credited in the original method of payment. Returned orders received after 14 days will be accepted and processed for a store credit only. Items received after 30 days will NOT be accepted.
Sale items or items purchased during a sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We offer one free return per order for domestic orders. Please email customerservice@tribekelley.comfor a shipping return label and return approval, including your order number. Allow 1-2 business days for response time. During launches and holiday seasons, response time may be slower.
Returns are processed within 14-21 business days of receipt of the package.
International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. This amount will vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped to and is the responsibility of the customer. International returns will be accepted, but return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Prior purchases are not eligible for sale discounts.
