It’s convenient especially for an exchange but I usually don’t want store credit, just a refund…also they often sell out so exchanges aren’t always available

I love TK! I always de-select this option (the $1.50 charge for unlimited returns) at checkout because I know I will love everything I order and I know my sizes usually in your clothes.. and if I'm not sure on what size I should order on a particular item, I find it super helpful that you list on each item what size the models are wearing. But not everyone is like me. I know I'll love everything I order and it feels like Christmas every time I get a package from you guys <3

I think the unlimited free return for store credit or exchange program is great as long as there is still an option for a refund. Also there should not be a time limit for exchange or to use store credit. There may not be anything you want to exchange for at the time you return product.
